Welcome to "Reiki Changed My Life!"
My name is Elizabeth Laird and Reiki changed my life in a positive way.
I am a Reiki Master Practitioner of the Usui System of Natural Healing.
I have been amazed at my inner transformation and if it can do it for me, then what can it do for you?
I will send distant Reiki to those who wish to be included on my Healing List.
I will send this Energy out on a weekly basis. The times shall vary as I'm a busy Mum of four. The minimum will be once a week.
All you have to do is be open to receiving the Reiki Energy when you are ready. You do this by your intention. Say to yourself, eg., "I am ready to receive the Reiki Energy sent by Elizabeth Laird" and you will receive it.
Reiki affects everyone differently, some feel heat/cold/ tingling/pulsing, some see colours, pictures, some feel nothing, most people will feel relaxed. Don't worry if you feel nothing as Reiki works on so many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
It is advisable to drink water after receiving Reiki, to help the detoxification process.
